"Love From stranger" was a brilliant play about a woman who fell in love with a complete stranger. The woman who had also won a lot of money beforehand coincidentally meets the love of her life...but she has no idea what is in store for her. This whirlwind romance had the audience clung to the edges of their and minds filled with curiosity. The play is taking place in 1968 in a flat in Bayswater, London and then moves to a cottage in west Sussex.
Helen Bradbury who played the role of Cecily Harrington was magnificent. She took the audience on her eventful journey. She was very capable of enticing the audience.
Sam Frenchum who portrayed the role of Bruce Lovell was impeccable. He was really able to highlight to the audience how much of a villain he was.
Justin Avoth played the role of Michael Lawrence. I personally loved Justin and felt like he was a very relatable character for some of the audience members. The character of Michael went through real life struggles of losing somebody he loves, and Justin was able to put these emotions across for the audience. Justin was a very outstanding actor and he played his role very well.
Alice Haig played the role of Mavis Wilson. Haig was very good, and she was able to show the emotions of a concerned best friend very well.
Molly Logan played the role of Ethel. Logan's interpretation of Ethel was very pleasing.
Crispin Redman played the role of Dr Gribble. Redman was amazing overall, and he showed his level of concern through the use of facial expressions which were spot on.
Nicola Sanderson played the role of Louise Garrard. Sanderson has very well portrayed the character of Louise.
Gareth Williams played the role of Hodgson. Hodgson was a very lovable character and was able to give a more in depth look at what it was like to be working for a wealthier family and Williams presented that very well.
